New York City, known for its balance of old and new, of heritage and constant reinvention, will have a new modern residential building to overlook some of the city’s most iconic sights. The distinguished Madison Square Park Tower at 45 East 22nd Street tapped the Molteni&C|Dada Contract to develop and manufacture all of its custom kitchens, as the latest in a number of key contract projects for the brand.
The Madison Square Park Tower is a breathtaking addition to the city from the inside out. Dada – specializing in kitchens under the Molteni Group – created solutions to appear throughout the entire building, which includes simplex, duplex, full-floor and penthouse homes. A total of 83 kitchens feature custom Dada cabinetry that includes bespoke door styles with three stains on oak, suspended glossy lacquered doors and natural stone countertops. Dada skillfully tailored these kitchens to incorporate nature, texture and patterns complementing Brudnizki’s elegant modern interiors.
